Entering his 26th year in the insurance and financial industry, Wilk began his career in 1982 with the largest insurance marketing company in the world. By 1986 received #1 honors in the nation for agency recruiting and agency production out of over 500,000 agents. Started his own independent agency in 1990, and since, has produced agencies numbering in the thousands for several of the world's largest financial companies. Motivated to follow his heart and build a company that changes people's lives, founded Five Rings Financial, LLC in 2004 and relocated to Denver, CO. Lyall and Tina Donnelly are the first agents that joined Five Rings Financial in Colorado. They have been local business owners since 1985, spending most of their careers in the construction industry. In 2000 they focused their attention on starting a new business in the financial services industry and were blessed by a chance introduction to Mike Wilk in the fall of 2003. Since that time they have followed the Five Rings System and the leadership of Mr. Wilk to acheive their first goal of launching a successful agency. They enjoy being part of a fabulous leadership team that has impacted the lives of many clients and entreprenurial agents. They look forward to many years of growing this business and helping others reach their financial goals. Lyall is a 1979 Graduate of Mesa State College, BS Geology. After having a successful, 30 year background in the agricultural industry and education, Ira and Elaine Wallace pursued a career in financial services in 2002. Quickly gaining expertise, particularly in the areas of health insurance, Ira and Elaine became Health Division VPs for Five Rings Financial in 2005. Offering real solutions in America's quest for quality, affordable health coverage gives them heart-felt satisfaction. Graduating with a BS in Geology/Computer Science from the State University of NY at Albany, moved to Colorado to begin her career in the oil and gas industry. In 1989, she became a project manager and then excelled to the position of Director working for an engineering consulting firm, responsible for business development and managing a team of 30 engineers. She experienced a career change into the financial services field in 2003 and began working with Five Rings Financial. She quickly came up to speed attaining licenses in health and life insurance. She also is a Certified Annuity Advisor. Jo-Ann was the first Five Rings Financial Training Camp Champion in 2005 and achieved 2006 and 2007 Top Recruiter. In 2006, she founded the Women's Financial Network, a non-profit organization, dedicated to improving the financial literacy of women and supporting professional women in the financial services industry. She currently serves as Vice President of Accumulation Savings Plans and Director of the Women's Financial Network. Entering his 29th year in the insurance and financial services industry, Lee began his career with a large Life Insurance insurance company in the summer of 1979 after seven years in coaching and teaching. In 1980 Lee received the top honors awarded to an agent and was promoted into sales management. Having served in various management positions in Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana, for over twenty years, Lee decided to further his career in the independent field. Excited to become associated with Five Rings Financial and to pursue building an agency that has no limitations, Lee has committed himself to the long term growth of Five Rings Financial in every way. Having served as General Manager for over 25 years in several radio station markets across the United States, from Sacramento to Miami, gives Jeff a rare insight to the challenges CEO's and CFO's are facing in the Health Insurance Employee Benefit Marketplace. Spearheading a new and unique approach to these group benefit plans while working in a co-operative effort with Black Ink Benefits, LLC, Five Rings clients are experiencing an average of -3% on their annual renewals vs. the double digit rises companies are experiencing with traditional brokers. Mike Shaw and Mike Keiler are brothers-in-law who originally started working together in family owned mortgage business in 1995. After becoming licensed in financial services in 2001 it was clear that mortgages were a key part to a comprehensive financial plan. With combined mortgage and financial experience Mike Keiler and Mike Shaw co-founded MGM Mortgage Inc, in 2002 for the sole purpose of providing insurance agents with the tools and training needed to originate mortgages. In 2005 MGM Mortgage became the preferred mortgage strategy partner for Five Rings Financial, a partnership that has helped both companies realize tremendous growth. Carole is a pioneer in the financial services industry as one of the first truly successful women in a mostly-men's workplace. After beginning her career in the Property and Casualty business, almost 30 years ago, she was hired and served as a District Manager for The Prudential Insurance Company where she maintained placement in the Top 10% producer category for 19 years straight.
